More playing around with long exposure, and the variety of lights you find at night. This time there is moonlight, fluorescent, incandescent, sodium vapor, and the barely visible afterglow from sunset.

It was quite dark when I took this very long exposure.

Sometimes I am just drawn to something as I walk by, not even out to photograph. Then I have to run about and get the camera. Maybe that is the advantage for people who carry cameras all the time?

going home

A quick shot out of the car on the way home. I like the contrast between the organic, and geometric forms. I also get a sense of motion because of the tilt of the towers.

labor day, I'm Back...

We went away for the weekend and had no internet access, and I have gotten behind in posting. I shot everyday, but with the beginning of school, and Genevieve getting ready for a show it has been busy.

I enjoy shooting at carnivals, the people, and rides are interesting.

I love this little car. I can't recall where it came from. Somehow it seems like I have always had it.

traffic in the sky

I am drawn to contrails. I think it is from all of the years I spent as a kid wanting to be a pilot. I think steiglitz would have enjoyed the jet age.
